Mantell are on a mission to upcycle food
waste. Their award-winning brand Abokichi
is a first-generation operation based out of
Toronto, with no physical footprint. The brand
creates locally produced, Japanese-inspired
condiments and instant miso soup, using
only plant-based ingredients. And it stays
committed to sustainability by upcycling
by-products from a local sake brewery.
Richard Halenda of Halenda's Fine Foods
is passionate about producing award-winning
charcuterie and deli meats!
With production facilities located across the
GTA, the Halenda team uses tried-and-true
family recipes passed down for generations
and sources their high-quality ingredients
from other local farmers in the community!
